Not only did I get my pizza 1 hour after estimated delivery time but it was delivered after midnight so I was not able to get it redone or use the delivery guarantee. So we got stuck with this mess and to top it off, 2 days later I get a call from dominos care team to tell me sorry and I get a free pizza that won't even cover the specialty pizza I originally ordered.

If I could give them a -5 I would! Customer service is horrible! I live 2mins away, but I would rather drive 20mins to another location before I order from here, Iâ€™ve ordered several times and the experience is ALWAYS THE SAME very unprofessional, the management is horrible and it shows in their staff...

I've been awaiting for someone to return my call for the complaint against this franchise dominos pizza and still haven't heard anything from them, my next step since I still have the pizza is too take it to the health department or CDC especially when the pepperoni looked like it was mildew or something and I took photos of the pizza and kept it in the freezer as told by one of the representative for dominos pizza headquarters no response and that's been since December of 2017

Jarquez, don't even waste your time trying to order food from this location. Otherwise, you continue to be upest and hungry.

Im having the same problem this has happend to me twice. Alerted the main corporate office and opend up an official complaint. Now im looking at legal action. Something is not right at this place. Lets find out what.

Oh my that's sad and I'm sorry you had to experience that, I personally never chooses delivery because I'm always on the go
