Domino's Pizza

I did not ask for thin crust or thick crust at the end. It was not balanced well. Normally i would be fine with this but the pizza had no flavor either. All 4 pizzas were like this. We rarely can buy pizza so this was a letdown

Had my niece's birthday dinner there, the staff join in singing happy birthday they left us alone and gave us privacy afterwards and offered a free dessert to my niece who had a wonderful time

I've ordered from this location twice so far. When I ordered carryout, I've found the staff to be super friendly! Today I ordered delivery and they were really fast. Order through the app. There's always a lot of deals to choose from and also it tells you the status of your order which is nice.

Great first impression! The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. One staff member even held the door for me as I was leaving the restaurant. Excellent service, professional staff, great ambiance. Highly recommend this location!

It’s a chain, you get what you expect. The problem is the 3.99 delivery charge (not a tip). The charge is damn near the price of a pizza. Having to tip and pay a delivery fee has caused me to actively avoid ordering quite a few times. The food is cheap, $4+tip adds up.

Everytime i order, something is wrong. They dont know the pomotions. I asked if they had garlic and they said yes but they said they couldnt give it to me because they couldnt find it in the computer, i got the wrong toppings, asked for a large got a medium instead, and came in to find out they never put my order in. They even made multiple mistakes in the same night after going back in to fix my order. They are nice, but they are careless. I understand a hiccup here and there. People make mistakes. But not every time and not multiple times in one night..

First off, I never get WOWED to the point where I will take the time to leave a review but every time I come to pick up my food here. The staff is Always friendly! They great me and makes me feel welcomed. The customer service here is amazing, Raymond always goes above and beyond and I really appreciate his efforts and hard work! This location is very lucky to have him.

This location takes forever to deliver food, and multiple times the pizza has been smushed to the side. 2+ hours for a pizza, and they won’t even answer the phone.

Delicious and convenient! Fast service and welcoming employees, I love a place where people can say hi to you and make you feel welcomed, never a problem to find parking spot or delivery if convenient, only giving 4 stars because they messed up my first order and I waited for almost an hour but otherwise will be 5

Do yourself a favor and don't ordered from Domino's. We decided to get delivery for the first time and they took over 35 minutes to deliver the pizza. It's really not good pizza. My one son only ate 1 slice. The cinnamon twists were fine but that was it. Overall the price for food quality is terrible. After my son got the pizza from the delivery guy he said "man I think he was smoking a cigarette because he stinks". Great impression for a teenager Domino's👍I'm actually mad because they sent me an email apologizing for the poor delivery and offered a discount but when I clicked on the link a few days later it was expired. Honestly, I really don't care since I wasn't ordering from here again. The only good thing about Domino's is that they filled an empty store front and are paying town taxes.

I needed pizzas to feed a hungry baseball team and live an hour away. I researched pizza delivery places nearby and came up with Domino's in New Milford. I called and spoke with the manager Bruno who was extremely helpful with what to order and how much. I ended up picking up the pizza's as it ended up being only a 2 min. drive and got the weekday special on the 6 pizza's. Bruno even stayed past his scheduled work time to make sure I got everything perfectly! That's amazing surface and the pizza was really delicious! Highly recommend!!!

Ordered food was never delivered, canceled after 2 hours.

One hour 45 minutes it arrivers...incorrectly..We are 10 minutes away...we called 4 times every time differant excuse...so how was it?? Undercooked garbage we thru it out and had left overs...
