Domino's Pizza

Average. My ap said the order was complete. I waited outside in the parking lot for 5 minutes until they brought my food out. My cinnamon sticks were missing the icing.

Love ordering from here. They always get my orders right, with fast and friendly service.

Horrible service! Placed an order for 2 pizza and cheese bread, an hour and a half later we still did not have our order. Pizza tracker stated that the food had been done for 47 minutes. When we had called the store the rude employee on the phone couldnt give us an update and said it would be "like another 25-35 minutes". Awful customer service skills, we will definitely not be ordering with domino's again.

Why do they charge for sauce but don't double check to make sure they're adding it? Happens every time I order from this domino's.

I went here in a Monday night and they had my order ready quickly, accurately and provided excellent service!

They never pick up their phones. I placed my order online it was close to 6:30pm. 1hour later the tracker finally said my pizza was ready. About 40min went by and the pizza had not been delivered. I tried calling to see what the status was no one ever answered- waited 20 min for someone to pick up. I continued to call. waited 5min, 10min and no one would pick up. I called again but this time sat my phone down letting their offers play over and over. After waiting for 44min I hung up. Kept waiting and called again-purpose to request my refund. At this point it was pass 9pm. Finally someone picked up. I asked about the status of my pizza. He stated it was the next one coming out. I asked why it was taking so long since I placed my order at 6:30ish. He hesitated and said “ummm it is busy”. I requested my refund and told him to cancel my order..Also the tracker said your pizza will be delivered in approximately 55min when I placed my order.

Heather’s Customer Service was exceptional. I will return to this location because of my experience with her. Thank you again.

When I’ve ordered Domino’s before they were pretty good on their expected time and the food was hot. Today was not that experience. I put in the order at 11:44 am and didn’t receive my order until 1:42 pm and you can tell that the food had been sitting for awhile. The pizzas and sandwich was luke warm. I was looking on the tracker and the order was sitting in quality care for an hour. I understand being busy, but there was no notification about it. Had to call and find out what the status was on the order. Definitely not satisfied.

Almost 2 hours for our coupon pizza deal that I ordered online for delivery. I called to confirm “Heather” was cooking my pizza after the tracker sitting in the same place for an hour. “Heather” doesn’t answer the phone, nor does any other employee. On hold for 25 minutes. It’s a constant loop. It’s now been 2 hours so I am taking the time to write my review. The driver left the store 20 minutes ago and we live less than 5 minutes away. It’s a Wednesday night. This hasn’t been the first time this has happened with Domino’s. I rarely order here and now I remember why. I will be at your store demanding a refund, EVERY DAY. I will get my money back for the worst experience EVER!

The last two orders I have made from The Layton store have either been cold or taken two hours for delivery. I live one block away. I called the restaurant In hopes of some sort of explanation to no avail. I’ve never had this problem from any other location.

Kegan was terrific! He is such an ASSET to this location. We came in to place an order and he even brought it out to the car for us. That is customer service personified! Five stars just because of him!

This place is worth a try. They have big portions for affordable prices. Regularly well kept and with good ambience. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Wait time for someone to answer the phone was 25 minutes. Once I got my order it was wrong the pizza was not done and it was one of the most disgusting pizzas i have ever tried. Also bread twists were not fully cooked and tasted horrible pretty sad my dog wouldn't even touch it. Called to complain and got a credit for 2 marinaria that was missing that was it. Terrible horrible ccustomer service and I usually love dominoes
