Domino's Pizza

The pizza was made wrong and left off toppings we ordered.. it took an incredibly long time to make a small order of breadsticks and they weren’t even hot when we got them. When my mother spoke to the manager she was unfriendly and rude to her taking no responsibility for the error or offering a solution..People here need training in customer service especially Management who is argumentative and rude.. .Never again!

This store is terrible. I would give it negative stars if I could. My last 3 orders they screwed up. Items were missing when my food was delivered. My pizza was cold. And now, I placed an order, paid for it, and never got it. No one answers the phone when you call. I don't know if other locations are this bad, but don't waste your time or money on the S Main St location. Domino's has permanently lost my business.

This is what our pizza looked like! 3 of them were all awful! Brought them back in and the store remade. Super disappointed that I had to drive all the way back in. Called 2 times and no one answered the phones. And this was 7:50. Not prime rush time.
