Domino's Pizza

Wish I could put negative stars because I’ve never been less satisfied with food, or the service. Called and ordered at 7:45 and they seemed a little rude but I let it slide. At 9:30 I called again and asked if my pizza was out for delivery, and they said “oh uhhhhh yeah it is now.” To which I responded “it is even hot anymore!?” They said yes (it wasn’t, I microwaved it in my apartment) and then hung up without any apology or goodbye. Then our delivery driver, although nice, typed the wrong address into maps and called from a strangers house across town. Then lastly, I ordered garlic sauce and got ranch. Will not be ordering Dominos anymore and I really think headquarters needs to step in at this location.

I ordered delivery. They completed my order and left the tracking at "quality check" for 15 minutes before calling to tell me they would not deliver it even though I live 1 mile from this location. Didn't even offer a refund when I came to pick up the pizza and left me standing at the counter waiting to be helped despite being the only customer in the store. Manager Krystel needs to replaced.

If i could separate the food from the service it would get a better rating but good pizza and ok service gets an ok rating.
