Domino's Pizza

Pizza took over two hours to be delivered, it came cold and burnt. We were also hung up on when we called to find out where the pizzas were, and why they took so long. Never using Dominos again.

Always excellent pizza! I still stop in sometimes and pick up 2 pies and take them home. Better than any pizza place in Fredericksburg that we've found!

Just got dinner after work. Pizza was good. Garlic bread twists way underdone!Brownie cookie(brookie) burnt. All ready call about twists waited for 15mins for someone to pick up. Didnt think to check brookie that's basically inedible. Underwhelmed by customer service.

This is the worst Dominos. They canceled my order because they didn't have a driver and didn't bother to call. They lied about calling. The manager didn't want to come to the phone. The cashier said "too late bro, I already told her you were here." I've used this dominos a lot of times and they are known for periodically getting the order wrong. This was the final straw. I'm done with Dominos and the idiots working there.

This place is terrible. On Thursday March 21st I ordered online at 4:45pm for delivery. It was a medium pizza and some stuffed bread. The order came at 6:15. I called the store asking about my order at 6pm. The kid that answered was so cavalier with the issue. He passingly mumbled an apology and said they only had one driver. I then asked to speak to the manager who was just as glib and careless and said the driver would be at my house in 15 minutes. I said “I ordered the pizza over an hour ago”. He said “I could give you $10 off your next purchase?” I said “no need to worry about that I’ll never order here again and I will call corporate”. This was the third time in a row my order was over 15 minutes late. That was the last straw with dominos. And my pizza showed up almost cold so the driver had it out of the store awhile already. Terribly run.

Took 15 minutes waiting before they pick the phone and i was able to place my order, and when i pick my pizza they ignored me. 5 minutes later one of them ask if i already bein helped. Overall bad experience.

I can't even begin to list the issues I've had with this location. Cold pizzas, incorrect pizzas, drivers who steal (actually gave themselves a tip more than the cost of a pizza $15 pizza, $35 total bill after the fact). Dominos should pull the plug on this place as it's giving the company a black eye.

I cannot believe that it is going to take 2 hours to delivery pizza. What is worst pizza completed quality check at 7:55pm. And now it has to sit there for another hour and a half before going out for delivery. I just wished that the website would have mentioned the deliver time because I would not have order pizza... ugh!!! This is a shame....

I went to order a pizza and I saw them making the pizza without gloves and it’s not first time every time it could cause sickness

Trash. That’s all I️ have to say. We ordered our pizza on the app and it was already an hour and the pizza wasn’t delivered. We called only to find out it was never even placed in the oven. My mom had to cancel the order or else they still would’ve charged her. Never order from here, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza has been ok. Last time I ordered from this location, the salad I recieved was expired. That was fixed with a store credit. I placed an order today, arrived at the store and the tracker indicated the order was ready, but I have been standing in the store waiting for about 10 minutes so far.

Incredibly nice guys! On time and great service.

Not bad service. Sometimes takes a bit too long to deliver however the 80% of the tim i get the correct order it tastes great.
