Domino's Pizza

If I can give them a negative 10000 review I would! They took 2 hours to deliver the order that is located literally 15 mins away from the store. I called the store for an update on our order and they said they don't know when the order will be delivered.I spoke to a so called manager who had absolutely no manners and was rude. She said she didn't care to loose any customers... I'll be calling corporate escalate this matter.

If I could give zero stars I would. 3 hours to deliver one pizza and when I called to get the status I was greeted by anger and hostility by sheib who initially refused to give me his name or put the manager on the phone. Customer service is not a priority at this location.

This is terrible in the past it was wonderful untill today On the website it said that we had to call and I called counting not exaggerating 24 times and they don’t pick up today is March 22 2020 and they are not picking up the phone I am not using this franchise ever
