Domino's Pizza

Definitely bad experience. When we walked in, there were two employees “working” the front. They were both zoned into their phones and laughing while leaning against the counter. It took them a little longer than it should have for them to even acknowledge us even being there. Then while the girl was trying to get our order, the guy kept yelling over her shoulder “large what?!” While she was trying to ask somebody what she was supposed to type in for the transaction. Then the guy went to start our pizza and started the dough out without washing his hands. Yes, the pizza gets put through an oven but he was just handling his phone. We all know the places that phones end up. We will not be back.

Worst experience at a Dominos ever!! We were completely ignored while waiting to pick up or pizza. Nobody acknowledged us for a good 10 minutes and when they finally did it was as if we were annoying her being there. Very rude. Then some worker was walking around in sweat pants with his shirt off and a fleece blanket! It was the most disgusting thing to be walking around the kitchen while they were making all the food!!

Just now few minutes ago I went this place to order but I wait for 10-12 minutes and there was a guy talking in phone and other guy came out and started to do something but the first guy left there even he didn’t ask me anything thing. So I walked out no one cares. Stupid people working there.

I am not going to give any star today we ordered large pizza in online and went for pick it's not ready and we waited 1 hour.and in the store no proper response.

My family and I have ordered from the Domino's location on East Broad several times during the Covid-19 pandemic. Each encounter has been fantastic! The staff has been friendly and helpful. The orders have been delivered quickly and the food has been great. Thanks for your dedication!

Amazing food and store

our order got canceled after the payment had already been received. i tried to call multiple times and no answer. i eventually drove to the store, keep in mind they don’t close for another hour and the door was locked with all the lights on. there was someone in there but they refused to come to the door. i WILL be calling tomorrow to get my refund. i would give it 0 if i could

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been on hold for over twenty mins waiting for a manager because 1) my order was placed YESTERDAY to be delivered at 7:15, didn't get made until 7:15!!! My employees only get 30 mins for lunch which is why it was SCHEDULED to be delivered at 7:15!! The order didn't even arrive until 7:40!! They can't even eat it!!! $75 spent on an order that NO ONE will get to enjoy!!!

Worst Pizza I've ever experienced.:(

It's well past opening time and their front door is locked..... called into store to speak to manager to confirm open time but the stores door was locked..... hahaThen she sits there and tells me I couldn't possibly be at her store because she is there and the door is unlocked hahaha. It is true what they say.

I don't like 2 cook order PU eat

Placed my order online for pickup, nearly 20 minutes I go to the store to pick it up and it's not been even started? Not a good start for this Domino's location. Very disappointed.

Everything was made perfectly, done before they said, and tastes AMAZZZZE!

Good pizza, I've ordered for a few years and I've never had any issues.
