Great customer service! I was even offered free cinnamon twists because I hadn't previously tried them. The service was excellent, and the food was great too!

So, Been working with family in my mom's garden all day!. We got it done! But, while we were working, the neighbors across the street got pizza delivered from Dominoes. The next thing we knew, the delivery girl came back and have us a complimentary brownie pie because she saw how hard we were working! It was unexpected and so nice! We 5 sat there and ate the nice warm brownies when we were done working. Kudos and thank you to Dominoes Pizza in Tiffin. I posted this on social media for your company going above and beyond. It meant so much to us! You just got yourself a new customer! BTW.. Brownies were awesome!🤩

I ordered a pizza for carryout online. I had ordered them for delivery before so this was my first time picking it up. I was impressed by the nice-looking interior of the store. The person there was attentive and when I told her which order was mine, she knew immediately which one it was. And the pizza was good, too. =)

Just asked how my special went from around $11 to $26. I asked to cancel that and was mid sentence of asking about another item to order was hung up on.

While it is cheap and affordable, with fast delivery, there is one major problem food poisoning. My friend and I finished the pizza and started to watch some movies, about three hours later we were having pains in our stomach, and hour after the we bee lined to the restroom for some unexpected spillage at both ends. It was a terrible time to say the least, with extreme pain. What is the point of fast, cheap pizza if it does that to you?

All the food is delicious. The pizza crust and bread bites are amazing!! Some of the items may seem a little pricey, but the quality is top notch. Always a quick delivery time, and friendly drivers. 4/5 stars

Its the best pizza in tiffin just wished they delivered to Bettsville other then that if I'm in town I go there for my pizza

The people are kind, theyre open about their processes, and the time it takes to prepare food is reasonable.

On June 6th I ordered a pizza with extra sauce- upon delivery I see the sauce was forgotten completely. I call the store to speak to a manager who apologizes and adds me to a list for $10 off my next order. I did not want someone to have to come back out so I ate the pizza as was and accepted the $10 credit. Totally happy, not a big deal. Today, July 29, I call the store to apply the credit to an order to place. The employee asks why I think I’m on the list then claims I am not on it. I asked if it were possible that the offer expired to which he says they do not. It’s pizza, not a huge deal, but it is a big deal that I feel as though a manager has lied to a costumer. This was unnecessary poor communication done twice.
