I love pizza, they have pizza. They fulfill my hangry needs. The Parmesan bites have the key to my heart.

Don't usually have an issue until tonight. Took over 20 minutes to get delivered after leaving the store (takes 2 minutes) One box was a mess, so was the pizza inside. Nothing was hot.

Will not order from this location again. A 2 months ago. I ordered over the phone. I got there. The kid behind the counter asked my name. Gave it. He said he had nothing. So I ordered again in person. He asked me multiple times at different time periods what I ordered. He never out in the order. Wait a hour and half and still haven't had my order. Not one "adult" was there. It seemed all the employees were high schoolers. So recew. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. The made the pizza wrong and didn't even give us the sauce for the bread. From now on gonna be ordering from the bethel store.

Customer service is horrible. No phone etiquette. Was told to two-hour wait for delivery so I placed my order and drove there. And face to face with woman running counter was my last straw. She claimed that I never ordered the food . Was given a total and reviewed the address several times. She lied to face . Walked out with no food. Went to Papa John's food was ready in 10 minutes.

Very bad service they don't open at time and the man was angry because we are waiting to open.

Gross disappointment tonight. Cold pizza, no sauce, barely any toppings, and burned crust on the first pizza. 2nd pizza no sauce and uncut.

Take a long a time for your order and they ask for tip

Store is 4 min drive. Delivery was in the car for over 40 mins according to their tracker. I called inquiring due to tracker indicating it was delivered. Person answering the phone was uninterested in helping. I explained I wasn’t happy about the order sitting in a car for over 40 mins and he said “that’s how long it takes us to deliver.”I said I didn’t think that was great service and he said “you and everybody else”

Horrible, workers were fighting. Five guys . One woman trying to do job. . Drivers standing around making fun of customers. Obviously no one ordering. Food ? Salted like prank. Manager. Young kid who went out back and was,,, getting money back from corp. don't visit. Scum people work there .

Took my order down manually because system was down and after calling 3 times, an hour and a half later I finally talked to someone and I still didn’t get no pizza
