Domino's Pizza

I waited two hours for my order to show up. pizza was missing a topping that I paid for. called the store, the lady was so nice and she was sending me another pizza. the original order the pizza was soggy, almost no crust and very cold. still haven't received my replacement pizza although the sore said the driver left with it already and that was over an hour ago. i'm really not interested in their excuses, i just want what i paid for.

I love this Dominos, they're always on time with the delivery and pay great attention to detail.

The delivery driver was rude he called me names and insulted me . He cursed at me and made racist comments. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I left feedback before, but never heard a response, which is very frustrating. I ordered from this store over 2 months ago and still no one has tried to make things right. When I ordered, the store forgot about my order and I had to call to find out that they had never sent it out for delivery. I know they forgot about my order because the receipt says 4:21, but I ordered at 3:09. Even after reminding them to deliver my order, the delivery took another hour to arrive. This was delivered over 2 hours after I had ordered. The pizza was cold when it finally did arrive. No one has apologized, or acknowledged the mistake, or tried to make this right.

Just called because I saw a discrepancy in the text messages I received. The person answered by saying “thank you for calling dominos... were closed.” I said that I had already ordered and was wondering what’s going on since the tracker and the texts mentioned different things. As I hung up the dominos employee said “don’t call back” this only made me want to call back.... rude service.... definitely a turnoff and I wouldn’t be mad if your profits suffer.

I order from this store several times. monthly. Never had a problem until now. Two orders of burnt lava cake were delivered to my home. I called & informed the store who then said they would deliver new cakes. The driver delivered the cakes but demanded the delivery fee. I refused stating this was a replacement item for burnt cake. Driver continued to argue. I gave him the burnt cakes & closed my door (not slammed). He then banged on my door and rang the bell repeatedly. I received 3 calls from the store. "Chris" who said I owed this money & that he was calling the police on me even after I explained this is a replacement. The last call Chris said he saw it was a correction item and that I did not have to pay which shows he never checked or listened to me to begin with. I said that for this aggravation I should be compensated & he blatantly told me he owes me nothing. That is who you have representing your brand? Chris should lose his job.

I ordered from the app at 7:33pm. The app said the driver left with my food at 8:57pm. I called the store around an hour later, around 9:57pm, to find out where my food was. I told the man on the phone what my app said, and he told me the app is inaccurate and that the driver just left a few minutes ago with my food. 10:34pm and my food still hasn't arrived even though the app said it did. I called the store to cancel my order after not receiving my food 3 hours after I placed my order. I've been ordering from this store for years on about a monthly basis. Never had a problem with this store or app til now. Either something is wrong with the app or this current store staff has major issues. But I will not be ordering from both any longer.

Didn't get the order right but it was still tasty.

Cashiers not friendly at all, specially if you pay with credit cards and the pickup time never on time.

Orders are hit and miss for delivery. The majority of my orders have been correct, but I’ve definitely had instances where the driver was unacceptably late with my order. This includes times I’ve seen the driver’s car parked at the corner of my street for several minutes before informing me they had arrived.
