Arturo is always a distracted, inexperience, dont listen well on phone orders, order with mistakes, misleading customers as well as orders, and above all he always ask : " give me a second", and reality past 5 minutes, can this person be trained? or if he did, get him fired...Your business is at risk because of this person.
