Just can't get it right. I use Grubhub over DoorDash because it let's you add comments to the order. Welp, not worth it. I'll take it as it comes, because at least it will get here. Grubhub, you really need to fix your stuff.

I will NEVER in my life order from GrubHub ever again. The worst delivery service out there. My husband and I decided to order from breakfast this morning and a driver was on his way to pick up our order when he got there he called my husband saying he couldn't deliver our food because he was having car issues. So then a second driver got sent to pick up our food and decided to hit the delivered button when our food was NEVER delivered. After being on hold for over 30 minutes with customer service trying to get a full refund. They answered and put me on hold again... So screw you GrubHub!!!!!

Can someone explain to me why I'm in your database again??? You are not authorized to use any part of Basil Leaf Cafe on your platform, including tagging yourself to our Google page, menu, logo and our name on your website. Please remove our information from your database and refrain from ever using it without our permission.You are illegally stealing business from us and misrepresenting our restaurant!

This service is the worst....we ordered and waited then the app said delivered...yet never to us...then got hassled talking to customer service...we require an in depth review of the delivery person's GPS location..especially when and where, when they clicked the button that it has been delivered. We do have video surveillance of our complete property which will happily share...we will also be contacting our lawyers.

Waited 1 hour for food and the brown bag provided by the restaurant was cheap so my driver dropped all my food (big order) onto the street. Not his fault as the facility didnt provide him a good brown bag. Now all they want to offer is 10% off and a refund. I'm a mother of newborn twins, cant step out due to COVID and minimal time due to being a new mom and now I'm stuck waiting on a refund and 10%. Seriously consider giving a giftcard on the spot to reorder my food! Horrible customer service on the phone, no compassion, not understanding and just keeps saying 10% is all I can do. #HungryMotherof2

I used them twice before with no issues. However, tonight the order was late and the driver texted me that he had dropped it off at my door but he was never at our door and our doorbell camera can prove it. I was fortunate (based on some of these reviews) that they cancelled my order and credited it right away - so they must know they have some shady drivers. Mine was never in our neighborhood.

The grubhub refuses even to fix their own mistakes and problems, lies and cancels perfectly good orders because their drivers are ridden with issues and save money on them and you. Restaurant is good, customer isgreat, the middle link is utterly broken. USE DOORDASH, UE ETC.GrubHub just doesn't get the job done.
