The eggs were perfectly poached. The flavor of everything was really good. Probably some of the best breakfast potatoes I've had in a long time. The service for curbside was quick and friendly. My only critique is that the sauce was more like a sour creme sauce and not a holandaze. I understand using a small amount of sour creme to thin it out if too thick, but it shouldn't be as white as it was or tasting like sour creme. However the flavor was good, it just wasn't what I was expecting. On the flip side, the sour creme sauce went great with the potatoes which already were amazing. I'd easily recommend this. Curbside was super easy and there's no reason for people not to be using it. They wear masks for delivery. Side note; you should be asked if you'd like to leave a tip on the phone when ordering. I would have liked to have tipped my carry out person or the cook or someone.

Awesome from scratch food. Better than grandma used to make.
