No potato pancakes. Food fancy to the point it is inedible. Menu does not in anyway attempt to describe what the items are or what is in them.

Recommended to go on a Tuesday. Tacos are $2.5 but fish tacos are $3. You can't go wrong with a pitcher of margaritas. Guac and chips are good but a little pricy for the amount you receive. If you're in the Philly area, in particularly in the University City area, check it out. There's also another one in South NJ 1

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their tequila. They helped us choose the best dinner options for our party. Honestly had the best going away party due to the staff. If you want to have an amazing experience In university city, distrito has you covered. Best place in the city!!

Enjoyed the food. Loved that they had happy hour even on weekends. Tacos were good too!

It's been awhile since we've been there and we finally decided to go back. Things have definitely changed since we were last there. For a Saturday, the restaurant was severely understaffed. The margaritas were good, but not as good as they used to be and they took forever. I realize the restaurant is in a college town, but when we were there last time, the hosts were professional and the food and service were much better. Just seems like more of a bar now and less of a restaurant. Happy Hour is 5-7 everyday. They have a happy hour menu but nothing's explained on it. If you get the mushroom corn taco as an option, be prepared for 90% corn 10% mushroom. And from whay the server told me, the corn/mushroom mixture is premixed. So if you want more mushroom, less corn, you're out of luck. Parking is also a challenge. Of course, most places you go to in Philly, parking can be challenging. It'll be awhile before we go back there again

Margaritas are great. If you like blueberries I suggest to try their blueberry margarita. Their chicken and shrimp fajitas are really good as well. Prices add up pretty fast here so be prepared. I'd make a trip back here soon. Next time I plan on trying what their burritos have to offer. Not sure if reservation is required for the speacial seating in the car or swings, but worth a try to see online or call ahead.

Had the best time here for a going away party! Katie was a wonderful addition to the party and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious as always and those pineapple margaritas hit right ever single time 😄. I also appreciated Distrito being so accommodating for a last minute going away party. The guest of honor loved this place so much he is mad at me for just introducing this to him after living here for 5 years 😬.

The food was delicious and the way they treat their customer was appreciable. I like the atmosphere here which was super cool. If i talk about the services were also quick. The seats were comfortable enough. Recommended place.

Not a bad place, but not all that good. Food is OK, draft beer list sparse, seating not all that comfortable. Service was attentive.

Wow I'm justsy absolutely amazed about how this place looks inside! I work in the area and I walked pass this place numerous times but never went in. Today was that day and Taco Tuesday was the day. This fish tacos were so delicious I had to order another. The chicken was delicious but that fish taco was special. Not to mention the frozen pineapple margarita that I had 2 off 😋 yum yum. I will return!

Mexican food, super tasty. Good place to hang and eat some good food. Service is consistently good. Prices were fair.

3 stars for beers, margratias.Worst nacho chips you can have. Worst salsa you can have. Look at the taco and enchiladas we ordered. Prices not at all worthy. Small sizes and awkward tastes.
