The ambience and location are great but the food was okay. I had the stir fried lemongrass chicken and it was okay compared to some other places that I have had it at. The veg Pho was alright as well. Not disappointing but not very great as well. Maybe I should have tried something else :)

Wrong hours, we drove an hour to get here and we won't be coming back. Infuriating the staff looked at us like we were crazy. It's not our fault you can't get your hours posted correctly. They told us to go next door for sushi instead (my friend is allergic to seafood) all while basically escorting us towards the door! They clearly don't want customers or they would fix their hours and treat people better. We will take our business in the future elsewhere and suggest that you do the same unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

Visited District III at Avalon. The other reviews are spot on. This place is good.We ordered a K3 Mule, Spring Rolls, Shaking Beef and Vermicelli with Shrimp/Pork.Mule was refreshing, wish it came in a copper cup (see picture)Spring rolls were 2 large rolls cut in half with a peanut sauce.Shaking Beef was good, but a little saucy with big chunks of meatVermicelli was awesome.We went for an early dinner so it was not that crowded.In all, we will come back again.

A bit pricey for Vietnamese food, but you're paying for the location. I had the traditional Pho and it was very good. Recommend trying if your in Avalon.

Service was amazing and we began with the fried tofu and fried eggplant. Let them cool a bit, although I cannot fault you for digging right in. The pho was delicious, large portions,fantastic flavor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, music selection is great and the manager truly is the life of this place.

Pleasent surprise at the Avalon. Well priced and great taste. Pho was delicious, mango and sticky rice was as I remember it in Vietnam. Pad Thai was was also very good.

Service is sometimes a bit slow but today things were quick. As always the grilled pork spring roll, pho Tai chin & clay pot combination rice were perfect. We're be back!

I get the gf calamari and clay pot chicken. Both are yummy. The lychee martini is da (insert explitive here),and super strong! I will surely be back again soon.
