The guy That answered the phone is horrible and acts like he’s doing you a favor to take your order . I really hope he’s the owner of this business because if he’s not I don’t know what they’re thinking over there... anyway I went from being a twice a month at least customer to never again this place sucks

Horrible customer service! Never buying from them again. After ordering delivery from them for a year, I called to redeem coupons for a free pizza plus add to my order. The man who answered the phone was very combative. Arguing with me about the fact they had to deliver a free pizza. After letting him vent, because I wanted my food, he then asked my address. To which after I gave it to him, he said "oh and you live far too!" That was the breaking point for me. After a few words, he hung up on me. Unbelievable! How are they still doing business? This is how you treat your customers? Horrible service and the pizza is too greasy.

They get a high grade for their food. I read the other posts and to date I haven't had a bad customer service issue. I do always pick up my own order. Overall customer service everywhere has had a huge drop off.

My ABSOLUTE favorite pizza place so far in my life. I love the family that owns the restaurant. The food is great and well priced. They make more than just pizza too! I can't get enough of their desserts
