Dim Sum Palace

We ordered this so many times during our week in NY that I was afraid I might actually turn into dim sum. Perfect for cold weather and it was everything I hoped it would be! The price point was excellent for everything we got. (The dim sum pictured was the juicy pork Shanghai bun and it was 6 bucks for the entire plate. I could easily eat 2-3 by myself!) Also- order the pan fried tiny buns. They are delicious.

Definitely one of the better dim sum spots in the city and staff was great. We brought in a party of 6 and in all ordered about 2 dozen different dishes and the food and service was spot on.

In my opinion, the best dim sum in Manhattan. It’s better than the huge multi floor places in Chinatown where the food is not as fresh. The quality of the food is better and tastier, service is attentive, and they have amazing deals going on. I’ve gotten 20% off my dim sum every time I’ve gone on a weekend afternoon. They also have 50% off at certain times.

The most authentic dim sum ever!! Super fresh! No carts! Not big. But super fresh. Also one of the best customer service servers was Ling? Lin? She was super kind and had manners and spoke politely and didn’t shout or yell at us like is normal Chinese manners and demeanor of yelling at customers. She was polite and kind and understood everything we said. I would highly recommend this place over anything in Chinatown. It’s small and fresh no carts. Perfect!!

Quite a clean place with authentic dim sum. They had good variety of dim sum items and offered 20% discount. But the non-dim sum items such as fried rice/noodles or vegetables were at a regular price. So the waiter was pushing a little bit for us to order the non-dim sum. But overall, I’d come back and just order more dim sum items :)

This dim sum restaurant is aptly named, palace. The variety of dim sum here is absolutely scrumptious. They have happy hour, where you choose from a menu of approx. 30 items from 3pm to 5pm and pay half price for each. The fried pork ribs were definitely great the turnip cakes delicious the shrimo shui menu divine. This place deserves to be frequented by anyone who enjoys dim sum. Go and Enjoy!!

A good solid choice for dim sum in NYC - friendly staff. Lovely clean restaurant and restrooms. If you love dim sum, please go and try it.

Best Chinese food I've had in NYC yet. It's a white tablecloth restaurant. Had Dungeness Crab and snow pea leaves sautéed with garlic. Recommended restaurant.

Tastes great. Came here for their half off dim sum at 3pm. Although it seems to cater to white people because of the area, the taste is legit and on point. Even though I live in Chinatown, I would come back for their dim sum.

Bad service. The waiters never bothered to check on our table.

Great soup dumplings. BBQ pork buns were sweet and savory. Shumai were tasty as well.
