Saks 5th Avenue is a great place for clothes. The employees are really patient and work with you to make sure you get the fit and style that looks best, Jared was really helpful and kind I don't frequent this shop because of the price, but it fits the bill if you need something nice for a special occasion or a really great gift.

My favorite among Barney's and Neiman for extension of brands and choice of styles. Service is always consistent and high level

This review is more for my personal shopper Fern who had always been there to help me whenever I have questions/needs also the good quality of her service, the kindness of her caring, the knowledge of various products that i may interested in always impressed me a lot. Among so many good things that i want to voice out for Fern, one really makes her stand out is she always care what I really need not the products that she really want to sell - that’s the shopper I am looking for and fortunately I had one. Saks is lucky to have her as a staff and I would definitely recommend her to you.

Great service, good selection and knowledgeable staff. Took more time than anticipated to pay for 2 items considering there was no line at the register. Overall pleasant experience.

Extremely helpful staff. Wonderful, friendly salesman in the shoe department even walked us to the correct door of the parking garage when we were lost and confused. Will be sure to purchase a pair of shoes from him next visit!

Great stop for the luxury goods you deserve. Monica from the shoe department is the best. The 5th club is not so cool, its a pressure sale mostly. I dont need it at all. The merchandise is current and well chosen. This is my default store for looking and feeling good.

Amazing selection!

Fern in cosmetics helps my wife every week, and asked us to say something on this website. Fern is a help and allows me to spend some time doing other things during my wifes time shopping at saks. A Lot of weight of my shoulders if any of you are married or just have a girlfriend you know how shopping can be! Thank god for employees like her!
