Dig Inn

I love dig inn as a franchise, but after my last experience at this store I can't recommend this location. I ordered online for pickup during lunch rush. When I arrived at store I waited a little for someone to hand my order to me, not a huge deal. But then as she hands my order I notice two flies crawling around in the food container. I asked for a new one and she rolled her eyes and hesitated. She went back to the line but I'm not convinced they prepared a new plate. No apology, no remorse, just complacency. And if that's how they treat bug problems under the eye of a customer, I'd hate to see how they handle other health and cleanliness items without someone watching.

Great for when you want actual food that's not processed or deep fried. Good sized, filling portions and really good. Try the dark meat chicken and mac and cheese!

Nutritional meals good protein and vegi options

Every time I go here the.workers never know what's in the food they are serving. they have somethin white in the.potatoes and the squash called.faybonaise. What is that? Is it egg-based. A lot of people are allergic to a lot of stuff so you should have a description of your ingredients. THEN THERE IS NEVER A MANAGER AROUND TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. THIS IS BS

Always amazing food! The charred chicken is delicious, the sweet potato is heavenly, and the convenience of being able to order via app and pick up the food within 10 minutes is perfect for midtown employees. This is my go to restaurant for lunch and you can either go healthy or fatty, but either way, you’re getting delicious food!

Delicious, but for the price the portions were small. I got a bowl with the greens greens base, side of sweet potatoes & mac&cheese, and then grilled ck. When I asked for the ck, they took the one I wanted, cut out a tiny little piece, and sliced that little bit into my bowl. Definitely need to readjust the portions. Other than that, place is neat, food is great

Interesting food concept.

My body was craving a vegetable while on a weekend getaway with a friend and we came across Dig Inn, and was not disappointed. A lot of food for a price that didn’t make me have to confess it to customs. Looking forward to going back the next time I’m in NYC!
