My experience here was sad. I ordered the brisket/mac stacker and the mac was watery, the brisket was mostly fat, sprinkled shredded cheese on top & it tasted weird. I ended up throwing it away without calling in. I just won't go back there! I'd prefer to give it 0 stars! Very disappointed they had the nerve to serve it for the price....

They always seem too preoccupied to help. Signs say they have things, they say they don't have them. Orders don't always come out right. Overpriced for that level of hassle.

Went through drive through and was stopped and asked to repeat my order over and over and had it repeated back incorrectly half the time. Clearly the lady working drive through was not a good fit for that position. English clearly wasn't her primary language, but she asks question and doesn't bother to listen to your answer. Don't know what I was thinking when I didn't open everything up and check, so I should have not been surprised when I got home and looked at what I got, but.... instead of sliced brisket,, I got what I guess to be pulled pork. And was surprised to find that there were no sweet potatoes in the sweet potato casserole. This happened after having the order repeated back. Food was o.k, but I might as well have just said "surprise me" rather than have the expectation of choosing my lunch. There is no way the management could not know there was a personnel issue here.
