The food is amazing. Except the half cooked potatoes that I specifically requested to be cooked longer. After 20 min longer still they weren't cooked completely. Biscuit zand preserve are amazing. So this past Sunday we tried it again. The food was good. Missing one of my eggs for the kiddos and it was very undrdone but that's nothing compared to the extra rude waitress. She was nasty and spending $50 on breakfast not even asking for a refill is insane. Some need to rethink working in the public.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The fresh made sausage patties are delicious as well as the homemade biscuits. Good fluffy pancakes, different but yummy hashbrowns, with good coffee. I'm from PA, I'll definitely be craving this place and hoping to make my way here again some day.

What, what?!?! This place is amazing! I get the rib eye breakfast with a side of gravy to go with some of the BEST biscuits 🤤

Dick Russell's is a Mobile classic restruant. Parking is a little tricky sometimes but worth it. It is easy to see from the street. We have been there several times in the past and never left hungry. The restruant has a small cozy feel. Wait staff are friendly and helpful, almost like going to your grandma's. There is plenty of variety on the menu. I have tried many of the items and all were good portions and very tastey. The prices are reasonable. If you leave hungry from here it will be your own fault.

Highly over rated. Service was fantastic. Had Sampler plate. Ribs were way over cooked to point of jerky. Brisket was bone dry. Even pork had taste off last week cook. Very small sides. Very disappointed. Took large group with big expectations. Not again.

Stopped here while traveling along I-10. Saved the location to ensure we would remember this place in the future. Only stopped for breakfast, but the biscuits and gravy was worth making another trip here.

Got the sausage plate with double turnip greens for around $10. Really good, but garlic bread was lacking.

Really nice place, steaks are wonderful. Staff is professional and attentive to your needs. If you find yourself in Mobile. Highly recommended.

Amazing! One of the type of places called a "greasy spoon". Delish! Friendly! Kinda funky in a good way.

I am visiting on business and was looking for a change from fast food. I looked at the reviews for this place and there where a few poor reviews so I was hopeful. But the food was sub par. I ordered the brisket plate. The sauce wasn't that good but it was enough to get the dry brisket down. The brakes sweet potato had the consistency of baby food. If your looking for good food look elsewhere.

We really enjoyed dining here. Portions are plentiful and the staff was very attentive. Will return.

There food was great, and the service even better. I would have gave five stars, but the restroom needs some serious carpentry updating. If you want privacy, don't even think of using the stall. Obviously it's a general feeling of the same from others, as patrons try to shove tissue paper to fill the cracks 🤷

Overall was good. The bbq sampler had a decent amount of food on it. The brisket was on the tough side though. Pork shoulder was great as always. Ribs were good a little on tough side as well but acceptable. The onion rings could have been best I've ever had but the breading falls off soon as you bite it, but the flavor was outstanding.Biscuits are very good! Peach cobbler was good too but could have been sweeter Fried pickles are good but too salty

The food was good. Except for the hash browns that were somewhat burned. The waitress did her job very well.
