My experience at Diamond Tavern Restaurant was stellar! During a business trip to Baltimore, I stayed at the Hilton Baltimore and was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful hotel restaurant. My first impression was how friendly the staff is there! I was seated immediately and given a variety of great recommendations for dinner and drinks. The crab cake entree was delicious and highly recommended. They have a full bar including some local craft beer options, which is always a nice touch. Overall, I most appreciated the fine dining experience paired with the casual ambiance. I look forward to going back to the Diamond Tavern Restaurant on my next trip back to Baltimore. New favorite!

For a restaurant that was at less than 50% capacity, the 30 minute wait for a drink and 50 minutes for our food is uncalled for. We had to ask a waiter from another table to get our drinks and our bill. A very bad experience!

Always good food but $22 for a Caesar's Salad with Salmon? Ouch. Fantastic bar service though!

Bar tender has no personality. Was there on December 28. Doesn't talk never said hi how are you or even said bye or Thank You. He needs to go work on the garbage truck.

High prices for average food. Connected to hotel and was recommended by front hotel staff. Tried this place two days for breakfast due to lack of other options near by. The pancake meal with a drink will run you over $20 for one. And pancake meal includes 4 pancakes, no sides, just pancakes, pretty dry and dull. The two eggs meal was better and came with a variety of food and about the same price range. I've had better quality meals for half the price at other establishments. Service was ok. In short don't expect any diamonds here.

Sat on the patio for over 15 minutes on a game day w/o a single staff member asking if i wanted something to eat or drink. Just as i was about to leave a staff member showed up.

The food at the Diamond Tavern was fabulous!!! What a pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice as well. I will be back to the Diamond when in Baltimore.

Dined here 3 times All three times it was a similar experience the hostess that does not greet you with a smile but only a frown and acts like it’s a bother just to seat you.All three times the waitress took our order and someone else delivered the food and no one came back a few minutes later to see if everything was all right and all three occasions there was something wrong with the order- And all three occasions the server never came back during the meal to even check on us for additional items only showed up to deliver the billClearly to me this is all about management no one is training these people and no one is supervising
