I used to praise Denny's for their all you eat pancakes for the longest time, but now that is no longer the case. The service quality has dropped to being abysmal and the wait time for getting your food or even drinks is astronomically long. This has happened on many different occasions where I had to wait upwards to 3 hours for anything, even when the restaurant is close to being empty. This is just a sad case of good restaurants being overrun by bad management and workers who don't care for their environment.
