Denny's

Got seated as soon as we arrived. Our waiter took our orders and made sure he asked about any addons we might like. Food was done and served in a proper amount of time, it was hot and prepared right.

It's a nice sit in restaurant. Nothing spectacular. It was clean. It wasn't busy when I went. Service was like any other sit in, unless you've had a bad experience of course. Food came out within 20mins of ordering. Mango groovy smoothie was good. I got the ultimate omelet. It could've used cheese on both top and bottom because it was a bit dry otherwise it wasn't bad.

If someone could explain to me how difficult it is to look at an order and make THAT order, I would genuinely love to know. I’m sure it’s much easier to just throw random stuff into a bag and throw it out the door but I didn’t pay for “random”.

Our server, Junior, was ok but short on personality. However, we waited approximately 40 minutes for our order to be ready from the kitchen! It was nothing fancy- just regular off the menu stuff. We did get a half hearted apology for the wait. Definitely don't go here if you're in a hurry! We won't be going back for any reason. And we usually love Denny's for their consistency in quality and service but this one falls short.
