Double cheese burger with added bacon was delicious, but side order of mac-n-cheese had to be sent back as it was only lukewarm. It came back adequately heated. I saw another mac-n-cheese arrive at an adjacent table later that was at the right temperature so it was good to see the kitchen learnt from the mistake.Also first cup of bottomless coffee was on the cool side - but all following refills were hot (a fresh pot) Apart from that it was a good meal and great staff.

I like a pasta for my late dinner, but i want the newly cooked one, not the fast food style. I walk through outside Al Ghurair Mall and find Denny's Restaurant. I check the menu and find this Creamy pasta with spinach.It got my attention (looks tasty) and order it, they serve the pasta out from the pan, the smell is great and the taste? Awesome. I choose shrimp for toppings and i find it a good combination. Thumbs up the guys in the kitchen.The boneless chicken wings toss in barbeque sauce is nice too. Same with the Cobb salad add on with beef and honey mustard dressing. (Options for toppings, sauces, dips and dressing are mentioned in the menu for you to choose.)The place is relaxing, big leg room dining, lighting is fine, good for family and friends or groups.Staffs are well accomodating.By the way, the serving is fast. They didn't let me wait for a long time.I enjoy my late dinner, i can say.Visit and experience by yourself.

Here you get an excellent breakfast no matter if you want it hearty or sweet. Here your hunger will be satisfied and the day can begin. Coffee is as good as your heart. The staff is very courteous. Again and again gladly.

On Christmas Eve (24.12.2019) we went to Dennys on Sh. Zayed Road, Dubai. Previously we had dined at the City Center Outlet of Dennys and were very impressed with the food, service etc. The food took a very long time to come even though we were the only customers. After a long wait the food arrived but only two orders, the next two orders took additional time. The food was served COLD, the fries were cold and we brought this to the attention of the Waiter who looked helpless and told us he could get them dipped in oil and made hot. The Manager looked quite upset because of our complaint and had a "Could not care less" attitude.All through out our time at the outlet, the Manager (a Filippino) kept on talking in Tagalog on his mobile using the SPEAKER option. It was so loud that we could not have a decent conversation at the table.The food portion was large - as is the Dennys standard. Will we ever go to Dennys...................NO NO NO NO

Every time we crave for pancakes we always visit Denny’s to dine in and apparently today the experienced was bad. The food was great it’s just that we are not happy with the service of some food crew.

After trying their Shk Zayed branch we decided to visit this branch in Al Ghurair Center. Food was as good as the other branch but this restaurant was more spacious. staff was friendly. however the male restroom could have been tad bit more cleaner.

Indeed an all time dining. Food options are great and tastes well. Reasonable price 😉👌

They have a huge variety of dishes you could try out from. You would have a hard time figuring what you want to try as all they dishes are equally mouthwatering. I tried their Chicken lovers omelette and Crazy spicy sizzlin skillet which i highly recommend. Really loved their skillet. It had a perfect amount of spice to it. It consisted of grilled chicken along with some fire roasted bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, red skinned potatoes and Cheessssseeee. The omelette although was more on the blend side with fairly less spiciness. Alll in all its was a pretty filling meal and definitely worth a try.RatingsTASTE- 5/5STAFF- 5/5VALUE FOR MONEY- 4/5

Actually I didn't think it was that good until I tasted it. Excellent food presented by very nice staff with great customer experience. My wife and daughters enjoyed the place very much.

The food selections are plenty. Their food servings were enough for sharing. The staffs are very friendly and service oriented.

Amazing pancakes and waffles ever!! All the dishes are very fulfilling and also best place for American breakfast.
