The service was great & very friendly.

Typical Denny's with good food & good service. It appears to be an older well kept building. Sort of like stepping back in time, in a good way.

Food was very good, service was excellent

Food was good for lunch. Grilled cheese sandwich with potato soup for Mom and a club sandwich with fries for me. Our waitress was so busy with a large lunch crowd that customer service was spread a little thin but it's not her fault. I would be frazzled too if I had to serve a crowd during lunch time. We have been there for early morning breakfast and service was excellent. Service depends upon the number of customers served.

Food 5 star service 4 the reason behind it was charged for something I ordered but never was brought to me

My family and I have been going to this Denny's for over twenty years and never have we had an experience like this! The food was cold. The rice was hard and the hush puppies were burnt. Alicia, the waitress, did her best to up make for our food experience. Brian, the manager, only deducted our drinks , which we are not a problem. A change in the food service business needs to take place and soon

This is a very nice Denny's. It looks quaint from the outside, but is very modern inside. It was super clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. If you're lucky, you will get Marissa as your server. She was very attentive to my needs. The food was served hot and fresh. It was all delicious. I have not been to a Denny's in years due to mediocre food and service and run down facilities. This Denny's make me want to go back and try more to see if they have all changed. Either way, thus Denny's in Pasadena, California on historic Route 66 is worth the trip.

My coffee mug said at a diner, the mug is never half empty. Mine was completely empty and i had to ask for a rwfill before it was offered. My son ordered messy nachos and we had to ask for napkins twice. Two people sat at the table but there was only 1 set of silverware. Another set was never brought. Good think i didn't eat anything. We'd have been fighting over the fork
