Horrible customer service at this time. I understand that the situation isn’t for complaining but if you don’t like your job then don’t work where you’re at Esther D. I am calling you out because I specifically stated over 5 times to not put cheese on my slam burger. Ladies and gentlemen, next time you all go to this dennys make sure that this person isn’t attending you because he is not giving the proper attention he needs to give a customer.

Ordered delivery from GRUB HUB. Had special instructions. Scrambled eggs with onoin peppers mushrooms ham and cheddar. Country fryed stake gravy on side. Hashbrowns extra crispy... What i got was plane scrambled eggs. Hashbrowns un-crispy with the onoins peppers and mushrooms just smashed in and not brownedAhh yes the country fyed stake gravy on side was swimming in gravy and leaking everywhereCalled the restraunt spoke to manager who was unconcerned told me if i had any problems take it up with GRUB HUB. By the way there is not an active complaint venue. And besides GRUB HUB did not cook my food DENNY'S did and to me the buck stops with them. If they had any questions they could have called me. Instead of putting out bad unprofessional food if i was in cancer hospital fighting to get well. Would have drove there in person to get creadit or refund.

After some confusion with the process to seat customers cause Trevor seemed inexperienced, our waiter Steve was a lot more efficient. Breakfast was good altho not as warm as expected. Would revisit as it's great value for money, big portions and friendly staff. Also Free WiFi is a major plus

The servers there are so fast, friendly and efficient! I came with in a group of 4. My server, Melissa, was busy with another table but instantly greeted us and found us a seat in her section. In no time she was taking our order while asking all the questions necessary to make sure we got our food exactly the way we want it. She had several other guests, but she managed to prioritized accordingly and stay well organized. When it came time to pay separately, we didn't have to wait since she had already had the individual checks sorted. The food came out fast and the smoothies were delicious. Can't ask for a better late night option if youre short on time and want a real meal.

Please please please please fix the horrible smell. Get new furniture or find out the problem with the smell of this place. Smells like a puddle of stagnant water, musky, and moldy. Food was good but everything I touch feels dirty because of the smell. If your nose is sensitive, please don't eat here.

Good food,not a great service.The waitress decided to give herself 20% tip as an extra(simple handwriten on the bill).

10 minutes to get seated, which i would understand if it was busy but not the case. Got seated, took our drink orders. We waited 20 minutes then decided to leave. Horrible service!

The waitress was very nice. But the order was wrong they should specify the beyond burger gas cheese and sauce that's not vegan. Especially for lactose intolerant people.

Long wait to be seated long wait to get the order and long wait to get your order. Prepare to be there for like 3+hrs

Food was delicious, cooked to order/Fresh! However the server wasn't good at all. She never refilled our drinks and my wife had a coupon for 20 percent off. The server desired that she wasn't gonna except the coupon. I asked her 4 times nicely and explained to her that every Denny's has always taken it. And that same location took it two other times. But this server just didn't want to take it off of our bill. Well needless to say, Because she didn't want to take it off,my wife and I decided to not leave her a tip. So that was the 20 percent off. I have never NOT tipped someone but this was definitely an appropriate time to not top her. Other than that the food was great like always!!!

Went there twice during our visit to Miami. Caught the free trolley from mid beach especially to go to Denny's. Sister and myself had the sizzler on our first visit and found it delicious. Due to the fact that they do a lot of take out meals (uber eats, just eat etc.) they were quite busy even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We had to wait awhile for our meals, but they were well it. Our second visit we had nacho sharer and cheesy meatballs sharer with fries and ice cream sundaes for sweets. Absolutely delicious and good service. Definitely recommend.

My visit to Denny's was better today, well I had the same waiter from last week, he offered the special to the Spanish family across from me but when he did get to me, he didn't offer the special to me so once I started ordering I stopped and ask are you not going to stop me and offer me also the special his response was I'm waiting to see everything you are ordering first. Let's be good all not some we never know who's listening. But i d for stars because the food was good and I didn't wait too long.
