Denny's

I bought a salad with chicken and they put old chicken that had been overcooked and browned and was hard enough to break your teeth. I was disappointed,but the manager said she would make a new one next week when i travel back to Illinois.

Worst Denny's I have ever been to by far. I left after waiting 1 hour for my food around a year ago but figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Not much has changed with terrible service, 45 minute waits for fried food, and then the food isn't cooked well when it arrives. I normally love Denny's and am not very picky, but I will not be coming back to this one.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a denny's. We waited a hour for our food. Only seen the waitress twice. Then when our food came it was cold like it had been sitting. Will not be coming back to this one ever again. If you read this dont come to this one even on a slow day. Their was barely anyone else was their. Just extremely disappointed with this service. I do not recommend this denny's.

Service was great.Food was hot and fresh.Place was clean.Stopped here on the way back to Ohio.

They only had 1 server helping the whole restaurant. It took quite a while for them to get our food out (pancakes) with over 3 people in the kitchen. My friend ordered the endless pancake deal and only got 1 serving because of how long they were taking (40 mins for the first serving). The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 is because of a helper named John. He was not a server, but gave better service than the whole restaurant combined. Thank you John!

The service was extremely slow! I ordered meat balls and cheese sticks for my appetizers and did not receive the onion rings. Asked the waitress about this and she replies " you got those, do you still want the other anyway? " I replied "Yes I do!" She brings out all the food at the same time. The fries were soggy my sandwich was cold, and the meatballs were still frozen! Never again.

One of my grandkids favorite places for breakfast. Food was great. The waitress was pleasant and efficient. ❤

The food was great and the cleanliness of the restaurant was fantastic. The crew was friendly and made sure my food and coffee was fresh.

My worst experience at a Dennys nation wide. Will not return. Place was very shorthanded 2 servers 1 cook 1 bus boy . No host so your food sat there getting cold while the waitress did 3 other jobs. Ceiling was leaking water and the food outright stank

2 slices of French toast. Made much the same way in most diners, with a lousy cup of coffee. I’ve come to realize, that most Americans prefer their coffee weak.

Get service. But when the wait staff and customers have to wear coats because it is so cold in the building 19 degrees outside not much warmer inside. The staff says heat has not worked in 4 years. This is a very poorly managed location as far as the building is concered. I feel for the wait staff at least the cooks are in the kitchen where it is warm. Up side great food.
