Waiting to order was too long--15mins. It was Not that crowded either. From a professional's point-of-view, I blame it on Management. They're the one's that's suppose to make sure customer service is up to par in every prompt But professional way. With pleasant greetings-Smile, Clean And a cozy atmosphere.

Great food the food is cheap and u GRT a lot for you're dollar they have the all u can eat panckakes for about 5.00 and the value slam the place is near the San Francisco airport so not a bad location would recommend this place if near the airport

Ordered a house salad to be delivered to my hotel room. I asked for ranch and extra vegetables. Not only did I not get vegetables, but I only got two thin slices of tomato, nine slices of onion, no cheese, and no cucumber at all. Just a big bowl of leaves and onion and two thin slices of tomato. When I called to have them bring me a new one (the salad I paid for) they told me to come pick it up myself because they weren’t going to deliver it to me. This bowl of lettuce hearts and onion was not worth nine dollars and I never got what I actually ordered.
