Denny's

Terrible customer service. Did not get food til an hour later. They said no cash refunds but will issue a credit refund. Food was cold and not done. I just want my money back. Speaking with general manager on Friday about my refund.

Compared to other Denny's, this place is 5/7. Staff to a great too

Food is good. Meat balls delicious. One negative comment, there was too much sauce on the spaghetti.

Omar D was our waiter he was great. Bathroom needed clean & staff needs to wash hands when leaving restroom. Ms. Debbie very sweet & lovely lady.

I had to edit my last review. My husband and I ate dinner at the Keystone location tonight and the place was disgusting. Empty tables and there was food all over the floor. We gave them the benefit of the doubt figuring that they were recovering from a dinner rush. It took forever for our waitress to even acknowledge us and even longer to get our food. We never saw her anymore after that. We had to go to the register and ask the crackhead manager for our ticket. That will be our last visit there.

Okay today was the last straw. I will NEVER be coming back to this dennys location EVER again. Eating food from a restaurant is a luxury I can rarely afford, I spent 30 bucks on meals that weren't even edible!!! Why is their food ice cold every single time I come here? ICE COLD DRIED OUT LIKE IT HAS BEEN SITTING OUT FOR HOURS, COMPLETELY DISGUSTING AND I FEEL SICK AFTER HAVING ATE IT. I FEEL LIKE CALLING THEM AND RAISING HELL. YOU GUYS NEED TO FIRE YOUR COOK!!! YOUR COOK HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING. SERVICE IS SO AWFUL HERE.

Very clean. Waitress was pleasent. Food was brought out quickly and was delicious. We will be back.

45 minutes to be seated. Hostess was very rude. Snatched the clipboard from my hand. Waitress was lovely. Food was very sloppy but still able to enjoy

Best vanilla banana pudding crepe ever! Our waiter definitely possess a servants attitude. The build your own slam was hot and delisious as the coffee. Clean facility. We love coming here.

Fresh food. Sweet server. Stayed on our coffee refills.

Great service great atmosphere server was great food was off the hook

It would be 1 but the manager was very understanding. The waitress was rude and was helping others before us. Then brought out our food and put the a1 sauce right in of the 1 year old, Then she sat the cup of ranch next to the a1. The ranch got knocked off the table onto a 8 year olds lap and she only got rags and walked off. Didnt help it to clean it up, all while our food was sitting on the stand for a few mins til somone else came and handed out the food. After that she no longer came to our table only the manager.

Food was good. The service was awesome. Our server Shanika is great.
