Post rock, random esoteric book shelves, fireplace, lovely staff and good veggie food What more do you need? I love cafes like this, cosy and a hidden enclave of progressive ideas and veggie food ... in Davis... loved it

The potatoes was a little dry and salty but the atmosphere and staff was great ^.^ Would come back again to try other dishes sometime in the future :)

It's fine. It's not 4-5 stars. The menu and food is simple, not exceptional. I had the breakfast burrito. There is no service. You order at the counter, seat yourself, get your own utensils, bus yourself. The setting is simple. This is a 3-star place.

Great friendly neighborhood shop. Coffee, tea, breakfast items and sandwiches. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, especially on the breakfast menu, most any egg dish can be made with tofu instead. All the staff are super friendly, I always feel like family coming in, and I’m not particularly a regular. Very comfortable environment, and a great patio. Brunch on the patio is wonderful. Be warned, don’t park in adjacent parking lot- that belongs to the dental practice next door, and they do tow. Park on the street, or plan to walk or bike. It’s an easy walk from campus, or from anywhere in downtown.

The food was good. Neat atmosphere. But I assume that they forgot the avocado I asked for because it was extremely busy for brunch on Sunday.

Friendly staff, fresh ingredients in food, and nice outdoor sitting area.

Poor service, waitress dropped off our food while having a conversation with a person on the street. She stood over our table without asking if we needed anything, while she continued her conversation with the person standing in the street. Also, the silverware was dirty and had dried food on it. The food was not bad, but the portions were small for how much it cost and they forgot to give us the toast that was included with the scramble breakfast.

Food was great. Very retro feel.

Mimosas and brunch 1 a month

Fast, reliable and chill. A great place to buy things. A holy pilgrimage would stop here on route to its destination if that were still a thing. Make this your destination on the pilgrimage of your life; you'll be happy you did.

Their House Special is a deal! A big breakfast for 6 bucks. Their potatoes are delicious and they have a Gluten Free option for toast. It's become my favorite spot for breakfast in Davis.

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, it was very successful. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

This is a walk up to the counter breakfast place that makes a lot of omelets. The staff is friendly and helpful. Though please be aware that they are not a gluten free kitchen and besides there omelets everything shares the same flat top. Though I was offered gluten free bread I had to turn it down because of the risk of contamination. The staff was amazing an help give me piece of mind telling me that the omelets are made in there own pans and other celiac’s have been able toEat here just fine. There is both outdoor and indoor seating and please note you buss your own table.
