Staffs very friendly and place very clean. Their french fries is fresh... not frozen. Really good!!! You can see my video.

This place is use to getting hit by large crowds that are in commute. And it shows because they are fast, friendly, they keep their poise, and they make it look easy. I was here and saw 2 Van's stuffed with people come in, they got them the food fast, all while maintaining everything stocked and the bathrooms clean. Very impressive.

Service is fast including the drive thru. Food is good. Fries are said to be made fresh onsite but the taste isn't great unless you animal style them.

Only wish they told us if we brought in our own coffee thermos it's free.

One of the highest volume locations of In N Out in Southern California.Very very clean considering the pace of business here. Whoever manages this location deserves kudos and a bonus the size of Montana.Always get my order correct, hot, and fresh. Also the bathrooms are the cleanest of any In N Out I have visited....and I have visited dozens of them.

Top fast food chain. Never had a bad experience. Double double!!

Clean restaurant friendly staff and awesome burgers and fries

Food was fine, but I ordered an XL drink, and when I realized it wouldn't fit in my car's cupholder, I asked if they could give me a smaller cup in exchange for my larger cup. Two different employees said I would have to pay for a new drink, which of course is a ridiculous anti-customer-friendly policy. A little surprising for an otherwise solid establishment.

It was NUTS in here (across from outlets, bottom of the Grapevine on a holiday weekend) but they were very efficient. Walked from the Tesla chargers and was worried about idle fees when I saw the line. My fears were unfounded. Made it back in plenty of time.

Always a great stop to eat before driving the grapevine. Always busy but fast service. Good food for a low price.

Great location. Kudos to team members and managers. I’m a truck driver (18 wheeler). Was able to place my order at their entrance. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. Tasty meal, affordable, fresh ingredients. Thank you very much. Will come back whenever in passing by 👍🏻👍🏻

I love the quick way they work and the organization. My favorite meal is the number 2, a cheeseburger soda and fries. Their burgers are divine and delicious from the sauce to the meat it fills me right up. The fries are both crunchy and soft a mixture of both which I love. And the milkshakes are perfect from soft and smooth. I love a vanilla milkshake and this place offers the best.

ALWAYS A FANTASTIC BURGER!!! LOVE IN-N-OUT!!! No matter where the location, the burgers are ALWAYS GREAT!!! My family and I love a good tasting burger with excellent Quality at an affordable price. And In-N-Out, you got it down 100 percent! I always order a fry lightly cooked and I am always satisfied. They even have FREE HOT COCOA FOR THE KIDDOS ON RAINY DAYS. Now that's a bonus!!!

Great experience at this In N Out Burger. Excellent customer service, delicious food prepared just the way I ordered it, and Juan was working hard in the dining room theming customers and keeping tables clean and supplies stocked. Good job, Juan!
