We went here on our first night in Philadelphia. We were tired so just looking for someone to eat and get a drink. It’s a noisy, buzzy place in a good way. The service was excellent, with polite, professional staff. The food was rather distinctive and good. I had the corn bisque and brick chicken and my wife had the set menu of butternut squash bisque and salmon. We had half a bottle of white wine and I had an additional glass of red and one of sweet wine. My wife had the Sticky Toffee Cake dessert. The food was well presented and tasty. Probably a little overpriced as we paid almost $200 including the tip.

The experience was terrible but the food was good; although not nearly good enough to outweigh the bad. We had a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, and could see our open table, but they made us wait at the bar for our reservation time on the dot before we could be seated, probably to make us spend more money on drinks. The hostess looked down at us and they never brought bread once we were seated. We were eating at 5pm on a Saturday, and they were already out of standard menu items which we had ordered and then were told after the fact that they weren't available (with zero apologies). We had mentioned we were there to celebrate a birthday and they didn't offer to do anything. The bathrooms weren't cleaned or stocked with toilet paper. I will not be returning. I highly question how this restaurant has any customers.

Awesome food. The atmosphere is great and the waiting staff are some of the best I have ever seen. If going, the Devil Eggs are something special. I do not know what they do to them, buy they are like no other. They have really great plate sizes. You will not leave hungry. I would suggest making a reservation, they do fill up fast, although if walking in the wait usually is not long during the week.

Food was tasty and the restaurant is large with a lot of seating. the kitchen is completely open so it’s cool to watch them cook and see the prepared food. the staff was VERY attentive and our waitress was on top of giving us refills. the desserts were also yummy. that being said, beware of the “mix and match†option on the menu, it is NOT a meal for 2, the portions are smaller and are meant to be eaten by one person only. other than that confusion, the food was hot and fresh and we all enjoyed our experience

The food was very delicious and the service was great. You have to treat The place like it has nothing to do with their steakhouse say you're not comparing It. On its own under a different name in your mind it is very good

Its all about the cheesesteak egg rolls!! The scallops were okay, the salmon delicious. The decor and service were great. Great bar area and plenty of seating. Look forward to returning.

This place has great food and drinks and is in the heart of center city, Philadelphia. It gets knocked down for me because Del Frisco's steakhouse around the corner is better in my opinion. Food and drinks are very classy and worth the cost but incredibly expensive. Great atmosphere inside. I didn't personally like my scallops but they were cooked perfectly and desert and everything else was DELICIOUS. Service was great. Special occasion only but worth the trip once.

The atmosphere was very good. Food was very good, but for restaurant week the pappardelle was not that warm, their could have been a vegetable with the short rib entree. The short itself was very tender and flavorful. The dessert was very good.

we did pick up tonight and the food was terrible except the ahi taco tuna but were 3 small wontons for $20. The lemon dill salmon was greasy and tasted like pepper. The asparagus tasted like pepper. The new york strip was $61 and small and a terrible piece of meat. 1/4 was grisle. and the rest was chewy and difficult to cut. It was also loaded with pepper. the hand mashed russet potatoes was an ice cream scoop size and were not creamy or tasteful. Very disappointed. Will not even go there when it reopens

There was some confusion with the orders. Once it was straightened out, Great! Service was very pleasant & the GMangers B. & L. were awesome. They took care of everything for the party of 5. Food was delicious, drinks were as well. Server was pleasant. Very generous with seating space. With this being my first time at Del Frisco's from restaurant week, I left with a great impression that invites me to return.Options for restaurant week ðŸ‘ðŸ¾, timing servedðŸ‘ðŸ¾

Overpriced. My family was there on Fri., 3/6. Service was painfully slow. I had to ask for utensils and a napkin as the table was short a place setting. Reservation was for 5. Table set for 4. Mistakes happen but no one came to our table for so long I went in search of someone. My appetizer plate was whisked away before I was done. I ordered a steak medium rare. It came medium well and tough. There was no time to return it- we had a show to catch. The mashed potatoes were mealy. I’ve had better food and service at less expensive venues. Disappointed.
