Deep South Taco

Stopped in for a quick bite mid-afternoon not knowing what to expect. Great little place with an extensive selection of creative taco and burrito options. Also, a nice bar area and outdoor seating. The food was good and I'd like to go back during more active hours... Bet it's a blast!

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Stopped in today and I was impressed! Great waitress, food was delicious I had the 1 pound burrito with chorizo. Excellent the chorizo tasted homemade and it was probably more than a pound! My friends tried various taco’s and they were raving about them. Thank you for the great service, tasty food, and generous first responders discount!

I did take a picture before I inhaled these things. I’m here for work and I have kept myself quarantined in the hotel all day. I had to get out and move around. I decided to order some tacos and I’m glad I did. I got 3 tacos and I wish I got 4. My only gripe is that the tacos are a bit pricey. I ordered 2 of the braised short rib and 1 carnitas. They were juicy and full of flavor.

This was the worst experience. Preordered for curbside pick up. Arrived at pick up time. No curbside, had to wait outside in the cold or in a room close in proximity to too many others- definitely not social distancing guidelines- in the same situation, waiting well over our scheduled pick up time. One food runner, a bartender back up bringing orders without a face mask. At least half of the cooks or those putting orders together did not have masks on. No communication, no compensation offered such as a free drink or whatever, just wait for your food that you already paid for in these conditions or leave. If it was more than you could have handled you should have limited the amount of orders that could be placed. At the very least, follow the guidelines, wear masks, wear gloves, have hand sanitizer available for the food runner that is handling every customers order. DST lacked common sense & customer service, will never return.

Nice warm place to visit in the winter. We can't wait to visit in the summer. Great vegan tacos!

Love their nachos, tacos and margaritas! This place is and always will be mine and my husbands favorite restaurant! Love supporting a great restaurant durning these difficult times!

A really unique dining experience. The restaurant walls open up making the patio feel like a plaza. There is also a rooftop patio. The food is delicious and large portions. Try the nachos! Lots of taco choices that you individually order.
