Decheco's Pizzeria

I ordered from DeCheco's on Saturday. The order was quite simple....Medium Pizza with just pepperoni. When the pizza arrived, it was just a plain cheese pizza. No big deal, not the end of the world, just call and fix it, right? You would think.... I call the store and they proceed to tell me that it "wasn't their fault", "yes, I know we sent the wrong pizza, but it isn't like I'm going to give you a refund or make another pizza". After going back and forth, I finally said I would never order from them again, to which I got, "okay then, see ya"....and they hung up. If this is acceptable in your world, then eat at DeCheco's....if not, there are TONS of other pizza options!!!! I will tell everyone I can about this experience and hope it makes a difference.

I'd had DeCheco's with friends and it was pretty good even though I didn't care for thier selections. I'm simply not big on white pizza or plain pepperoni but it was still good enough to give another try. I got a deluxe with extra cheese and items added to it. They certainly made sure to charge for those items but not one on was the pizza. Normally this wouldn't be big deal to me but with the amount this added up to having only made an errand across the street to Federated Auto parts I decided to stop back and ask what happened. My money back (on the missing items) would of been nice but the kid running the counter pointed at the pizza insisting the missing items (and extra cheese) were there even though they clearly were not. The pizza was also a touch overdone and a bit bland but still reasonably good. Nothing great to be clear but it was edible. This was likely more of a random staff issue but I've yet to return.
