Deccan Spice Indian Cuisine

This is a good Indian restaurant. It focuses more on Hydrabadi/South Indian type of food. But it's not your typical South Indian restaurant. You dont have the normal idly/dosa menu. It is more of a roti subzi place. We have been here twice. Both times we ordered a panner sabzi and naans. Both times the food was good. The second time we also ordered their biryani. The biryani was very good and it is a sizable portion. Comes with mirchi ka salan and raita. Overall pretty good. Place is relatively new, Infact, the first time we wen there a couple of months ago, they had just opened the previous day. They also have a small movie theater which shows all kinds of India movies, I think. They might have the same owner probably. I have seen them get snacks from the restaurant over to the movie place. Place is neat and clean and service is good for the most part but can be a bit slow when crowded.

Found out about this place from International night market weekend because it was one of the best dishes I had there that weekend. We were thinking after a black Friday sale shopping weekend we need some good food! Went through our usual thought patterns and then it hit us! We should get spicy indian food from that place we had at the night market! We went looking for this samosa dish topped with this chickpeas in red curry type sauce and all the yummy spices, but it is sadly not on their regular menu. Only for large parties ordered or catering events, but we did get samosa, chicken 555, and Kadai Masala chicken (level 7 spice)! All of it was good and to top it off we got a mango lassi and falooda which was good but maybe we'll get it without the noodles in it. We will be back often to this location and it is right next to the "DigiMax Theatres" showing foreign(hindi, telugu, and tamil) films with English subs!

Deccan Spice is one of the best Indian Restaurant in the Atlanta region. The ambiance is very good and well maintained and definitely close to 30-40 people can accommodate easily at a single time. Very nice customer service and they will make sure you have a great food and appreciable experience. They have all kinds of dishes and it is Ala-Carte and their Biriyani is a must try food. Snacks like Samosa are available, they also have Alcoholic beverages if needed. They also take party orders and they deliver on time with great taste and enough quantity. Overall the food is very tasty and will not disappoint you 💯 and must visit at-least once for your Indian dish cravings👍

Nice Indian restaurant with great foods especially Tandoori chicken, Garlic Naan, and Aloo (Potato) Mutter (Peas) curry. Friendly staff.

Best taste i travel almost 25 miles for taste of food

I adore this place! They provide first-rate meals, their menu is rich, The cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the customers is helpful. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

I've been here 3 times in the last two weeks and I'll definitely be back again soon! I always order the non-veg lunch special and haven't had the same things twice. You get soup, naan, an appetizer, a curry dish, rice, and a dessert all for $8.95. The price can't be beat and you'll never leave hungry.

We ordered goat biryani and special pakoda(I may spell it wrong). Biryani was mediocre. I liked pakoda but since it was the first time I had it, I cannot compare. Friendly staff. Possibly going back.

Great food, nice staff. Environment is good with relaxing music. Their garlic naan is the best I've had. Also, their pricing is very reasonable.

Came in today for dinner because of Roswell restaurant week. One star goes for service because the staff was attentive. The food was just average, the biryani was not flavorful, so that was a disappointment. However the garlic and butter naan was delicious.
