De Mole

Excellent eating experience .. from walking in the door and being greeted by staff , seated and drink and food order taken was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. Server was very friendly and helpful.

Very traditional but top level Mexican/Latin American food done perfectly every time and an atmosphere both romantic and comfortable, making it perfect for a date or for a nice dinner with family or friends. The menu is not exhaustive, thank god, but rather is minimal enough that they can do EVERYTHING extremely well. Guacamole is amazing to start with, their Sangria, both white and red, will soothe your soul, and the staff will be inviting, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. This is one of the best places in Sunnyside if you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, warm atmosphere with authentic food cooked to perfection and tasty as hell. In the winter, there is no place better to sit near a window at night and devour an amazing chicken with mole sauce accompanied by any of their wonderful wines or beers and watch the snow come down. Sunnyside would NOT be the same without this wonderful restaurant.

Best Mexican food

Have gone here for ever. My ultimate favorite item is their Chicken Mole Burrito. Always. Forever.Love their green sauce, juices, breakfast items, tacos ...ok basically like everything. Seating is a little hard.

One of the best Mexican restaurant in New York City. It's a bit out of the way, but well worth it. Highly recommend the enchiladas verdes con pollo. The sauce is so flavorful and mixes great with the rice and beans.

Came here for the first time with a group of friends after an assembly because of the good reviews.One of the best Mexican food I've enjoyed in a while. I was so confused as to what I wanted to get and yet their attitude was great! Service is excellent! 👌 For anyone coming for the first timeI would recommend: Fajitas Tex-Mex Style..Steak, Chicken & Shrimp combo...Comes with Rice & Beans, Pico de gallo, well seasoned vegetables, guacamole and sour cream..They also serve craft 🍺 beer.. You could even ask for a taste of one or two if you're not sure between which to decide!They're white sangria 🍹🍷🍸was great too!

Great Mexican restaurant - love everything here. The food is made fresh and they offer unique menu items and ingredients. They offer beer, wine and sangrias. They also have really tasty vegan and vegetarian options. There are a limited number of tables, but usually there isn’t a long wait. You can also order for pick-up or delivery.

Excellent food and they can make it not spicy. We loved the pastor taco.

A hidden gem right here. Small places packs a big flavor punch. Very good mole, everything's tastes homemade. Not too expensive and good portions. Thumps up for Brunch and everything. Keep it a secret don't share much lol

Delicious food along with a wonderful atmosphere. Nothing like 90s techno to go with the rustic decor. Tacos are flavorful, burritos hearty and filling and rare steaks that are actually rare (which is rare for a Spanish restaurant since most prefer to overcook steaks into inedible oblivion).

Great food, service and atmosphere. Tacos are delicious and so are their tortas. My favorite dish is the Tinga de Puebla which is absolutely delicious and well prepared. If you’re looking for authentic delicious Mexican food in the Sunnyside area I recommend de Mole as the go to spot.

I'm not crazy about Mexican food. But de Mole Burritos are just wonderful.

Great service & food.

This restaurant has a family friendly atmosphere, yet at the same time romantic which I found very interesting.. The food was good and the staff although took a while to serve us, we're plesan and professional. Overall my experience here was good and I will go back.
