About

Johan Hartog and Martijn Meijer are sons of bakers. They wanted to continue the craftmanship of their fathers, so they opened a bakery shop with restaurant. All their bread is created with their own sourdough and without preservatives. The pastries and pies are also homemade. Even de vanilla milkcream in their traditional Dutch pastry, called the 'Tompouce' is homemade cooked with fresh vanilla.
