Good dive bar, fast service

Drinks (beer) a bit pricey, pool table and arcade game with vintage games makes it bearable.

Nice and cozy pub with a pool table and fireplace. Good beer selection and excellent service. Music the day I went was mostly 80s and 90s rock.

Stopped here last Saturday afternoon for a quick beer at the end of the bar while waiting for my bus back to Pa. Nice neighborhood tavern and old-school atmosphere and feel without the stuffiness, stuck up-ness and pretension of so many up and coming bars in the area. Granted, those places serve a targeted niche, but bars like Dave's are slowly and incrementally fading from the social landscape and there is still a large need for outlets that serve a down-to-earth clientle. Will definitely come back to Dave's when I'm in town again and it will be one of my go to spots in NYC.

Great Irish Bar. Bartenders were great and there are a lot of characters in here. The music was mostly Irish Rock and southern rock. Beers were a little pricey, but you can get a $4 PBR tallboy without breaking the bank. Bathrooms were in bad shape though and didnt even have a lock. Its a dive bar though. No food is served here.
