Best fried grouper around and best staff anywhere I eat at Dave’s every week and have never been disappointed

My husband was disappointed with the buffalo shrimp, it was not breaded, but stated on the menu it was. He got the gumbo instead and it was great. I had clam chowder, it was good, but I loved their mac and cheese. Will go again. Lots of stuff to try.

Great experience. The mac and cheese was okay. The jambalaya was not as hot as I would prefer but still quite delightful. The staff there is wonderful overall great experience.

Great place great service and great food we came in there kind of rushed because we were running behind for a concert she got our order and quickly and got it out to us fast we didn't want for anything I have the Shrimp Po Boy and my other half had two different types of oysters and it was all fabulous wonderful food

Ate here when my family and I were in Pensacola to see my oldest at the base. We had been craving baked oysters and many of the locals stated that if we wanted the best in the area, try Dave's Oyster Bar & Grill. (trip advise: always ask the locals!) We truly enjoyed the 6 dozen we had between the 4 of us! LOL. They were very accommodating with our 22 month old, as well. The service was great, each of the staff members we came across were very engaging, and we would recommend this to all of our family and friends. Recommend getting the Oyster Sampler and a appetizer (app is half eaten lol). Makes a perfect lunch for two. Casual gulf atmosphere. Definitely worth the stop.

I like the food. it is just 70 dollars for lunch for 2 is pricey. Especially that you eat in a loud shack styled room. The food is good

Absolutely LOVED Dave's Oyster Bar and Grill. Oysters were large, epically fresh and delicious. Prices were on the lower end when compared to other bars. I have to say that this is truly a worthwhile stop when you are in the Pensacola area. The restaurant is clean, newer feeling and fresh. Always had a great experience with friendly servers and staff members. I've tried some of the other highly rated oyster bars in the area and although a few of them get close to Dave's level, I have to tip my hat to Dave as taking the top spot! This is a MUST STOP destination whenever I come to the area!

The baked oysters and fish and chips (haddock) are excellent here.Dave's Oyster Bar was established in 2003. We will return here again. Many locals appear to support this restaurant!

Prices are available on-line with the menu. Very nice little casual restaurant oblong side Hwy 98. No outside dining. Kid friendly but the bar is in the same room as the seating. Sports on the TV's around the room. My wife is not into seafood. She had the chicken dinner. Basically strips with 2 sides. She enjoyed it and we plan on returning. I had the seafood dinner, nice helpings of fried oysters, grilled shrimp, and choice of fish and how you want it prepared! I chose the reddish, blackened. You got 3 sides. Gotta love the south and the abundance of fried okra! We will definitely be returning.😎
