This is what I put as my Facebook Status; I can't believe how good this is!Fried Catfish, collard green, andbroccoli cheese casserole.As I was paying the other tables couldn't help themselves, by telling everyone how good it was.The guy with the grill said, I can't believe it! It's like being ina movie".âââââðŸ…ðŸ…ðŸ…ðŸ…ðŸ…The catfish was the perfect balance. Not to firm, not to soft.Very mild flavor. Perfect thickness. Light coating. Perfectly cooked.Large portion. I ordered a seconds on the collard greens, and drank the pot liquor!

Best tasting southern soul food restaurant the state of Kentucky has to offer. The fried chicken is off the charts good. No one else can compete with the sides. The casseroles are hands down the best you'll find anywhere around here. The greens are amazing. Makes me proud to be southern.

Soul food Cooked from scratch no Buffet

Carry out only! But you can eat at our two tables. Outside

The prices are a little steep, but they give you more for your dollar. For example, I bought a 12 piece traditional wings for $15.87 and they were really big pieces.

You can get baked if you call 60 minutes before showing up. But no dressing sorry.

No chitlins, but great mac and cheese and green beans
