Das Stein Haus

Food was wonderful but the service was not. Bartenders (2 of them) were standing behind the bar helping their “large” crowd (3 people) while the bar tables were being completely ignored. Finally our server came by and she didn’t bring our drinks for 10 minutes (saw his beer sitting there waiting to be picked up from the bar and I just wanted water) then she barely checked back with us. I get it she was busy running around helping other tables but those bartenders should of came out and helped run food, drinks, or SOMETHING. Team players would of made our experience so much better.

Although the staff was very nice, the wait was a bit long (considering we were the first people there), our food was room temperature and bland, and when we found a fly in the coffee, they still charged us for it. Their dinner menu is usually exceptional, which is why I gave them 2 stars, but I wouldn't recommend breakfast.

The Jager schnitzel is absolutely mouth watering!!! The portions are big, the staff is friendly and attentive, this is my favorite restaurant in Spokane!!! They have everything German and it's wonderful! Highly recommend!
