Not bad, but not amazing. It is incredibly popular and incredibly busy. The spaghetti and meatballs, which won a best of Philly award, was good, but again not as good as the award might suggest. Because the restaurant was so busy, the service was okay. I think that there are a lot of people who love this place because it was packed. Maybe a case of different strokes for different folks.

It was my first time at D'Angelo's. The food was very fresh and delicious. The service was welcoming and wonderful. My Mom and I had a great time. We would recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. I would visit again. 😊

Went for Valentine’s Day. Food was absolutely amazing. The server suggested the bruschetta to start with, and wow. Our entrees were piping hot. They had a full bar, and our waiter was super attentive. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Best Italian restaurant in Philadelphia hands down. A lot of the patrons of this restaurant have been dining there for the last four decades.the menu is extensive but the chef is willing to make any Italian dish that is off the menu as well. This is a family owned and operated business that has been operating in an area that almost no restaurants last as long as they have. They are a milestone in Philadelphia. Great food great service great people. Not totally unusual to run into a celebrity filming a movie in the area, because people who don't know the area ask where to go and this is where people who know send them. If you give it a shot you will not be disappointed.
