Dallas Chicken

Zero customer service, zero menu knowledge. Employees at this establishment need to be trained on how to speak to customers. I had phoned in a take out order. Given the wrong pizza, then argued with rudely without any offer of correcting the order or an apology for receiving the wrong order. When the owner is present things are correct. But other employees couldn't care less about the customers.

Great place. Chocken sandwhich and wings have an irresistible crunch.

When I went here I was concerned for the quality of the food, solely based on the looks of the place. But the pizza was phenomenal! Great mix of spice and pizza. I would highly suggest this place; also the prices are pretty good

Their chicken sandwich, chicken burger and chicken tenders are yummy!Their burgers are a disaster.Their pizza is good.Just stay away from the burgers.They are Excellent in chicken.

Unless you have an unsurpassable patience and a lot of time to wait don't come here. Been waiting almost 30 min to get a simple burger. The reason? The girl said "sorry too many orders". But the restaurant is empty. Not coming again.

This place has always had issue with staff. They are lost of what the food they are selling is... I ordered a large pizza he made me wait 45 minutes then gave me a medium, charged me for a large!! Gets better I opened the box to see the pizza and it had absolutely no cheese and you could say no sauce as it was dried up!! Tried to give them a chance but they can't get it right.... I am done giving them chances as there food is average with horrendous customer service

Try their Super Chicken Sandwich. Actually taste really good and worth the small wait.

The wait was longer than expected, but worth it! My chicken was hot and freshly cooked, so If I have to wait 20 minutes for it I will. First time there and I will return to check out other items on menu..

So Dallas chicken caters at BHA for their lunch. Today the patty in beef burger was sent back ( I am so glad they did) and patty was so stiff. If an adult is unable to chew it, a kid wont be able to as well. The taste is also so bad ( sorry to say that) it is filled with black pepper. I will contact BHA as well to check for food control as it is not acceptable to give kids this to eat!

What kind of restaurant is this? Phone no given here isn’t in service n if u go there they are closed in business hours without any notification. Please update if u r not open anymore to save us hassle. Thanks

Some bad reviews by other users but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this little hole-in-the-wall type place. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders combo with fries, everything was served fresh hot and perfectly crispy. Yes it took a few minutes longer than say McDonald's or KFC for the order to be served but how else can a small restaurant provide good quality hot freshly cooked food? I will definitely be back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

Fast food places should be staffed to serve fast. I noticed kids getting impatient. Obviously, the owner doesn't believe in oversight - either cooking hygiene or service attitude.

Ordered a combo and sandwich on uber eats. Everything arrived hot and crispy, and they provided napkins and silverware as requested. The sauce was really good, we'll be asking for extra next time. Everything was extremely reasonably priced, and had good flavor. We were pleased.

Because it's Halal I am happy. The price is also very reasonable. Very cheap compared to other fast food. The food quality is a 6 out of 10. And the restaurant and kitchen looks very dirty.

This is surely one of the coolest place in the neighborhood. Anytime I visit this place I am highly happy. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they serve. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.
