Dallas BBQ Times Square

Staff and management was rude. Entered the establishment on a Wednesday at 10:30pm while the restaurant was not busy. There were 4 of us and we asked for a booth, they told us that it wouldn’t be possible because the booths are for a party of 8. There were 4 booths available. We asked to speak for a manager and he was also rude. We decided to still eat here as the girls were really hungry. As we enjoyed our meals , we witnessed that no one came and sat at the booths for the entire night. We also witnessed the restaurant kick out patrons that haven’t had finished their meals at the moment . We found that really inappropriate. Would not ever be returning here . Please take your money elsewhere as you can get better service and quality at neighboring restaurants

Great svc. I ordered something wrong by my mistake but they did not even raise an eyebrow and gave me the alternative. Love the staff over there.

Waiter are very nice. They gave huge portions and the food came out fast. I would rate this place a 10 stars if I could

I need to let BBQs know the great customer experience I had today 1/23/2020 at the time square location. My server Steven made my first visit to this location very pleasant. His sense of humor and menu suggestions really reminded me how customer service should really be. Thank You Steven For Your a great Customer service! I will definitely be back!

two days ago was our first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the great meal and booze and with the honest charge. We will no doubt visit there soon.

Waitress was amazing. However, food took way too long do to them putting the food aside each dish until all were done and then bring them out at the same time. So most of the food was cold by the time it got to our table. Also they were some items that were forgotten. So we had to reorder them during our meal.

The restaurant is good, the portions are very generous. It was indicated in a review, recommending the baby back ribs informing that was enough for two people. The ribs were very tasty, but this is a dish with not too much meat, which is characteristic for the ribs. Additionally, there was potato, cornbread and some shrimps. The chicken dishes I saw in other tables were really huge. It is a good option, and not so expensive, considering NYC.

Food was decent. Shrimp is only fried. Not too many vegetables outside of a salad. No green beans, broccoli etc. I'm sure there are better options but for being next to times Square it's not a bad choice for the money you spend.

Finest spot to grab something when in a rush. Their service is efficient, prices are reasonable, fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this place

Drinks were amazing and well priced, I tried the Hennycoloda. Other than that menu options sir if limited, but enough range for you to get something you’ll like.

Pleasantly surprised by NYC BBQ, great pulled pork and chili. Big BBQ menu can hit and our server Chris was good and friendly. Large portions so come hungry.

Decided to eat here after the movies on a Monday night. We were seated quickly and were taken our order of a quarter chicken meal. Food arrived quickly but my quarter chicken was way smaller than any chicken I've ever seen.

The food!! The drinks!!! All amazing. Went in around midnight on a Friday night and it was very packed and that expected — but we were seated really quickly for a group of 5. Make sure to try those frozen cocktails, you’d be hooked. Only “disappointment” was the steak — needed a bit more love. But I would recommend and be back.

Amazing place the food was gorgeous been there every time I’ve been to NYC and just gets better. The staff are so nice and helpful makes you feel at easy the prices are good and portion size are big. Even when we decided to eat at a different place after me and my wife agree “should of gone to Dallas bbq”.

The food was delicious. I recommend the sticky wings, chicken and waffles, or the dinner of the day. The service was outstanding. I work at a restaurant myself and seeing how fast tables were cleaned, reset with the floors swept all under a minute. My experience was overall great, I loved it and definitely want to come back for my birthday.
