one star the food is decent, guy took our whole order totally forgot to put it in, then called back to replace the order and lets just say wont be ordering from here again its way to difficult to place an order its like a mission , being put on hold 15 times isnt cool especially after we ordered waited 30 mins called to find out where the food was just to hear they forgot to place it, all i see is low ratings anyway guy should really reconsider how he treats his customers or hes just going to lose them all

Horrible service, the cook/ manager has a piss poor attitude consistently berated his employee in front of his paying customer's, has a very stoic and non friendly tone, place was empty. To be fair, the Philly cheese steak ordered tasted fairly decent but the fries were overcooked and hard. I do not recommend this place and with employers showcasing their supposed professionalism in this manner it would be better off if management was replaced or they a)retrain and review the customer interaction skills or B) close the business & allow someone with better service to join this thriving section of Bayside .

I had the prime stake burger with bacon right now and It was bland and tasted like nothing. The fat “chef” came and said that they don’t season their burgers and that’s why salt and pepper is on the table. I only took two bites and he said that I ate half the burger and couldn’t take it off the bill. He told me “every restaurant I’ve worked in don’t season their burgers” He’s delusional. Don’t go here. The waiter was very nice.
