I LOVE BLIZZARDS!!!

Went in one evening and ordered an Oreo brownie cupfection. One of the girls working was sitting up by the register and spewed profanity regarding not wanting to make one of those. Went in again this evening with my husband. The same girl was sitting in the lobby with what I assume to be a friend or boyfriend (not in dq uniform) and kept staring at my car as we were getting our stuff together to go in. As we go in another dq worker was sitting in the lobby with a friend or girlfriend. Both hesitated to come up to the register and stomped and groaned as they did. She was very rude in taking our order. As soon as our food was given to us they both went back to the lobby on their phones with their friends making my husband and I not comfortable enough to stay and enjoy our treat. Very unimpressed with the work ethic!

Way better than the bummy DQ in West wood shopping center. They aren't stingy when you ask for extra toppings

Really good ice cream

I worked at DQ for four years and during that time my boss came up with a smores milkshake. I've moved away from there since then and every DQ I go to fights me and tells me that it's not possible to make even though i tell them I've done it over a hundred times literally. Well today after many years this DQ made me the milkshake and I am so so soooo happy. It's the best thing I have ever had. Thank you so much guys

I visit them on a Friday night I ordered two Sundaes........ It took them 10 to 15 minutes to come to the window to take my money. It was about three cashiers in there all of them was assisting the people that came in the inside instead of one person coming to the window. When the guy decided to come to the Window I said could I please have the number of the district manager he went and asked the manager for the number but proceeded to come back and say that he could not give me the number of the district manager because it was against policy. Then the general manager Meghan came window and said the same thing and that she could take my number to give to the supervisor which I thought was crazy because who's to say that you would even give her the number. Needless to say I was a frequent customer at this dairy Queen but they will not get any more of my money ever again.

I just left this place and their ice cream machine was down. How can an ice cream establishment’s ice cream machine be down? If I wanted to risk the machine being down I would’ve went to McDonald’s.. get it together DQ
