I loved it i got my birthday cake from there

I ordered a strawberry sundae and it was purely unpleasant to my taste buds. I went back in to express that the strawberries used were tart like a sour taste and smell to them. They looked at me in confusion. They said nothing as if they wanted me to tell them what they should do next. He asked if I wanted to try another flavor I declined due to my taste buds being disappointed. Wasted 7$ on something I could’ve made at home better. Their customer service skills were poor. On top of everything the ice cream was watery and didn’t have any substance. No refund was giving only offered for me to try something else. I won’t be returning and I love ice cream.

I liked this location. Nice vibe. The space is well organized. High tables and booths. The lady who waited on us was nice too. We (My brother, niece, and I) stopped in one early Sunday afternoon after seeing a movie.

I am pretty sure that everyone loves icecream its been a long time since I was in one, that said I don't remember it being that expensive but it was still worth it.

Well this review will be short. If you like ice cream well i like this place. But for everything else is not the best.

I am a huge fan of DQ, I grew up ordering birthday cakes and ice cream desserts very frequently. I just went pass this location and informed the associate I was aware of the French Silk Blizzard being discontinued/seasonal due to the pie crust not being in season. I ask if I could get everything that goes into a French Silk Blizzard and substitute pie crust for gram cracker? He informed me he did not know what's in a French Silk Blizzard, I then asked him if there was another associate to assist him with my request? He replied "No." I felt this was rude and senseless behavior and I will not condone companies like this.

LOVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN! Every time i come here my food and icecream is perfect! The store is always clean. Staff is always friendly! Brittany always knows my order when i walk in the door! I would recommend comming here!

25 minutes before they were scheduled to close I was informed I could not order hot foods because they already turned their oven off for the night. I ended up having to go to the DQ on 14 mile and Ryan to get the triple chocolate brownies, I made it to that location about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close and they had no problem making the brownies.

Ok place... In actuality I was that was real generous what I gave you your work are allowed her children to run all around throwing Wendy's food that's actually what I feel about the place the ice cream in the service was OK but other than kids run around from a windy that's actually what happened.... I was also a little more bothered for the fact that your worker ordered food From another restaurant insteady eating your food at leaves me to question what's the problem is with your food

Went there for my sons birthday to find out their credit card machine was down so we left. But noticed how filthy the store was. But gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went there today after looking up their hours and they are closed. Went to another location which is where I will go from now on.

The service was excellent. The ice cream is tasty when it isn't too thick.

Free ice cream cone today first day of spring. We were in and out with in 5 minutes even with long line. Great job
