I really like this place good ice cream if I've got the time in my day I stop there

Business closes at 9pm yet they close their kitchen an hour earlier. They also said they no longer serve a certain blizzard. Cancelled the order, drove to a nearby Dairy Queen and didn’t have an issue with ordering food or the blizzard I wanted. Go to a different Dairy Queen.

Whats not to love about the Dairy Queen?

Food was decent. Went over my lunch break, and waited 20 minutes in the drive-through. When I got my food the container was halfway filled with fries when I mentioned something I was told that’s just the way we do it. It’s unfortunate because it’s close to my job, but spending over half of my lunch break in line, Wasn’t worth it.

Slow service for food. Ice cream was fairly fast.

What you would expect from a DQ!

Been my go to DQ since I was a little kid! Love the people who run this store and the employees they have working there! They make the best ice cream cakes and are also very sweet towards my little one's when I bring them in for a yummy ice cream treat. I highly recommend! The only downside is that they get really busy sometimes so plan for a wait!

Several times we have been to this dairy queen because it is close to our house and we have had bad experiences every time over the last year or so. The staff is rude, the line is long and they do not take coupons from the Dairy Queen Phone App. We have also found that they skimp on ingredients on almost everything they make. We have since taken our business to the 6th St Dairy Queen and could not be happier with the service and food/ice cream received there. We are in the service industry, so being treated with respect and friendly service goes along way in our family - and unfortunately Wilson Ave Dairy Queen does not meet high customer service standards. We will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

It is not good customer service when you tell me that your kitchen is closed, when it is 7:45 and you close at 8:30. Just because you want to get out on time.
